1. Institutional Research Analyst

The Institutional Research Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data/statistics, preparing reports.  The post holder assists in the provision of institutional data using various technologies; administering surveys in support of institutional research, planning, and evaluation activities. The analyst assists in the coordination of all aspects of external data reporting, including preparing data files for analysis, collecting data from academic programs and administrative offices, and ensuring data accuracy.  The post holder also follows up on actions identified in actions plans developed from surveys to ensure that these are completed.

  The Senior Employer Engagement and Career Development Officer (SEECD) is responsible for developing and managing strategic employer partnerships to enhance work experience opportunities, career development initiatives, and student employability outcomes. The senior officer plans, coordinates, and delivers employer engagement activities, including work experience (internship) programs, recruitment events, and career initiatives. The role also provides career guidance and coaching to students, supports their career readiness and professional development, and ensures effective collaboration with employers while maintaining compliance with institutional and external requirements.

3. Assistant Manager - Residential Operations

The Assistant Manager for Residential Operations is responsible for the strategic and operational management of residential facilities at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK). The role oversees maintenance planning, facilities operations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality residential environments. The position supports in leading residential staff and systems, asset planning, and works directly with AURAK Facilities Management Department and relevant authorities to implement preventative maintenance, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives. The Assistant Manager ensures compliance with health, safety, regulatory standards, and plays a key role in crisis response and operational continuity. In addition, the role supports staff supervision, training, and on-call structures, and collaborates across departments to uphold residential standards, enhance service delivery, and contribute to institutional objectives.

Working under the joint supervision of the Associate Provost for Student Success and the Senior Manager, ATC Center ensures smooth operations across all functional areas, including advising, tutoring, counseling, attendance, and accommodation and accessibility services, by managing documentation, scheduling, bilingual communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive student information.
