The successful candidate will demonstrate both scholarly and practical expertise and contribute to the growth and innovation of AURAK’s undergraduate program in BSc Psychology. Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Teach undergraduate courses in at least three of the following areas:
o General Psychology
o Brain and Behavior
o Research Methods
o Psychological Data Analysis
o Learning and Memory
o Child Development
o Social Psychology
o Cognitive Psychology
o Psychopathology
• Advise and mentor undergraduate students in research, internships, and career development.
• Contribute to curriculum design, program assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an active research agenda and publish in peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals.
• Participate in departmental, school, and university-level committees and service activities.
• Engage with the professional media community and contribute to public and academic outreach.
Required Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Psychology, Clinical, Counseling, I-O, Organizational Behavior, Neuroscience and AI, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong record of scholarly publications commensurate with the academic rank sought.
• Demonstrated experience teaching undergraduate courses in at least three of the listed specialization areas.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching, student engagement, and curriculum innovation.
• Ability to integrate theoretical and practical perspectives in classroom instruction.
• Commitment to diversity, collaboration, and interdisciplinary teaching.
Additional Desired Qualifications
• Experience in universities following the American model of higher education.
• A record of securing external research grants or clear potential to do so.
• Leadership experience at the department, program, or institutional level.
