1. Manager- Residence Education
As a member of the Student Residential Life Department, the inaugural Manager for Residence Education is responsible for the establishment of an American-style Residence Life program. This goal will be realized through the development of student shared governance (residence hall council), developing a para-professional student-staff resident assistant program (“Community Development Assistants”), providing crisis management, and supporting the development of educational programming in the halls. This position is of critical support to student retention by helping to improve the student experience in the halls. The Manager and her/his team are responsible for a residence life program serving students in residence halls. The manager will have primary responsibility for adjudicating conflict resolution cases in the halls and collateral responsibilities with campus-wide conduct cases with the Office of Student Affairs. The manager also collaborates very closely with the Assistant Manager for Student Residential Life who is responsible for operations and facilities.
2. Accreditation and Compliance Manager
The Accreditation and Compliance Manager is responsible to the Chief Strategy and Excellence Officer for the provision accreditation information and reports to support program accreditation and institutional licensure. The Accreditation and Compliance Manager also undertakes compliance audits to ensure that accreditation standards are met by the various units within the university. The manager will develop training programs, systems and processes in conjunction with faculty as part of the University’s drive to continuously improve the quality of student outcomes. In addition, the Accreditation and Compliance Manager will conduct feasibility studies to provide schools and departments with Labor Market Intelligence about the sectors covered by programs and the school.
3. Graphic Designer
To meet university needs involving the visualization and creation of graphics—such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos—while shaping the visual elements of reports, magazines, branding materials, exhibitions, and more, it is essential to possess a creative flair and the ability to translate requirements into compelling designs effectively.
4. General Technician
Responsible for performing the assigned maintenance and other tasks on the campus facilities in a professional and safe way with considering the cost.
5. Dean of the School of Business
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) seeks an innovative, experienced educator to lead its School of Business, as the university embarks on a new strategic plan focused on providing a transformational, student-centered learning experience based on the North American model of higher education enriched by attention to the culture of the region. Additionally, the Coordinator conducts in-depth data analysis and prepares reports to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these key financial support initiatives.
7. Assistant/Associate Professor Position in Artificial Intelligence
