The IT Security Administrator is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the AURAK's information systems. This role involves implementing security measures, monitoring system activity, conducting regular security assessments, and responding to security incidents. The IT Security Administrator should work closely with other ICT Officer and the SOC team to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualification and Education
Academic:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Professional/Vocational:
Essential: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or CompTIA Security+
Desirable: Advanced certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly desirable.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Work Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in roles directly related to IT security.
Language proficiency required
Fluent in English and Arabic.
