1. Director of the Center for Executive and Professional Education

The Center for Executive and Professional Education Director (CEPED) leads, develops, and manages AURAK’s executive and professional education and consulting business, within the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the wider national community to enhance the university’s community outreach and increase its revenue sources. The CEPED will play a pivotal role in shaping AURAK's strategic direction in executive and professional education, and in growing the consulting business at AURAK. The post-holder is responsible for management of the staff members assigned to the Center for Executive and Professional Education and works collaboratively with AURAK’s schools, administrative departments, institutes and centers, and with the different partners and clients to generate a profitable corporate learning, development, training, and consulting enterprise.

2. Admissions Counselor (UAE National ONLY)

The primary purpose of the Admissions Counselor role is to facilitate and manage the admissions process at AURAK. This involves counseling prospective students and transfer applicants, responding to inquiries, evaluating applications, and building professional relationships to enhance recruitment efforts. The Admissions Counselor also plays a crucial role in ensuring that the university's admissions policies and standards are upheld while contributing to the development and execution of the admissions plan and collaborating on outreach and admissions-related projects.

3. Administrative Assistant in the Finance Office - Part-Time

The Administrative Assistant in the Finance Department will support day-to-day operations by providing administrative and clerical assistance to the finance team. The role involves managing documents, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication within the department and with other university units.

4. Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer

This position supports the Marketing and student recruitment office in executing effective marketing and student recruitment plan, branding, social media and advertising campaigns through proper coordination with the office and various units and departments of the university. The position is responsible to develop, manage and recruit students through domestic and international recruitment partners to achieve growth in student enrollments for the University. The position also requires the provision of superior customer service in a multi-cultural environment.

8. Adjunct Faculty Position in Geotechnical Engineering

American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, invites applications for an adjunct faculty position beginning in Fall 2025 (August). Candidates for this position must hold a Ph.D in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering).

10. Assistant Registration (UAE NATIONAL ONLY)

The Assistant Registration is accountable for providing support in the daily operations of the Office of the Registrar. This role encompasses administrative, clerical, and customer service tasks, focusing on the meticulous management of student records and documents in adherence to the university's admission criteria, requirements, and compliance with the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and Ministry of Education (MOE) policies and procedures. Responsibilities include auditing files for graduation requirements, verifying document authenticity, preparing filings and reports for external accreditation body visits, maintaining up-to-date student record filings, ensuring document privacy, and managing other assigned tasks.
