The position is responsible to develop, manage and recruit students through domestic and international recruitment partners to achieve growth in student enrollments for the University. The position also requires the provision of superior customer service in a multi-cultural environment.

Minimum Qualification and Education

• Essential: Bachelor's degree required
• Desirable: Master’s degree

Work Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in university student recruitment and marketing or combination of experiences in similar recruitment settings.
• A minimum of 2 years of university experience recruiting/matriculating national, regional and international students and Sound knowledge in higher education and admissions
• Experience utilizing lead management technology for student recruitment and admissions through conversions and lead scoring.
• Experience in developing and managing global student recruitment agents.
• Working knowledge of higher education student recruitment best practices including enrollment trends, data analytics, and digital/traditional recruitment practices.

Language proficiency required

• Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
• Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
