• Job Purpose
The Secretary for Research and Community Service is responsible to provide a wide range of administrative & clerical support to the Associate Provost for Research and Community Service and Assistant Provost for Community Service.
• Minimum Qualification and Education
• Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is a must.
Must possess good communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong office management skills.
• Work Experience
Minimum 2- 4 years’ experience in the Secretarial/Administration field.
• Language proficiency required
Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written are mandatory.
