·         Job Purpose

The Purchasing Assistant is in charge for the daily operational purchasing needs and the implementation of the purchase cycle starting from the approved purchase requisition, issuing PO, following up on purchase orders and delivery schedule, PIS closure, payment settlements, and several other tasks.

 

·         Minimum Qualification and Education

        Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Diploma.

 

·         Required Knowledge and Skills

                                                   Procurement / Purchase;   Negotiation; Export / Import; Documentation; Order

                                                    Management.

 

·         Work Experience

                                                    Minimum 3 years functional experience in Procurement/ Purchase.   

 

·         Language proficiency required

       Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

       Advanced proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English required
